It was just a commendable fit for a day tour in Ioannina with fantastic value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed directions to nearby attractions. Avoid the street-facing rooms if you're sensitive to noise.

The heating system relies on an outdated micro air conditioner which struggles to keep up in cooler temperatures. Noise from adjacent rooms and the street is quite noticeable, which diminishes comfort. Furniture feels old, and some areas, like the bathtub, showed signs of mold. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, adding frustration during the stay.

Proper nice stay! The location's spot on for dippin' into the local sights, especially the fortress 'round the corner. Only downside? Brekkie's a bit on the basic side, could use a little more pizzazz. But all in all, we had a lovely time!

The location is unbeatable, right in the city center with access to diverse dining options nearby. The hotel has a unique old-world charm, and the spacious family-sized rooms offer plenty of amenities like a fridge.
The breakfast is very basic, and reports of inadequate cleaning and unpleasant smells in some rooms are concerning. the shower setups are less than ideal, and many have faced issues with heating and even unreliable Wi-Fi.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Double or Twin Room with Lake View. The room was comfortable and very clean, and overall, the location was super convenient in the heart of Ioannina. There is apparently a new section with renovated rooms for anyone looking for something more modern, but in any case, we were very happy with our stay overall.
Breakfast was basic.
